If you are less than 11 weeks, we ask for a FULL bladder to help us see baby better.

If you are more than 12 weeks, you need an EMPTY bladder. We ask you to drink (6 - 8 water bottles) equaling 3 Liters of water, starting 2-3 hours before your appointment. THIS IS ESSENTIAL TO A SUCCESSFUL SCAN!!! When you drink, baby drinks then pees. Allowing baby to make more fluid to be able to stretch out. This gives our sonographers a better space to get baby into the optimum position to get our gender angles. As baby gets bigger, drinking the 3 liters of water help create that extra fluid to help the placenta and uterus walls to float off baby to get the clearest photos! If you do not drink the minimum amount of water, this could compromise your scan. 

Yes, you need an appointment. As much as we would love to accept walk ins, we are normally booked daily. Also, we request our moms to do some preparation for the appointment for a quality scan. We want to give each and every mom and their family our full attention.  Please call/text us and we will get you in as soon as we have available. 

Anytime is a great time to see your baby. We recommend if only coming to see baby once in 3D/4D, the best time is 30 to 35 weeks, for twins, 14 to 27 weeks. 

With our 3D/4D package comes a $99 return discount after your initial purchase of the 3D4D package ($160). This allows you to see baby more than once at a discounted price. The best time for coming multiple times is 25-26 weeks and then returning around 34-35 weeks.

Each client receives a FREE Babyflix account that allows digital access to all the photos/videos taken during all sessions since November 2021.

Yes, you may bring as many people as you would like.

In fact, we encourage our clients to invite family and friends to attend. This is a joyous and wonderful experience, one that can be shared with your family and loved ones. 

We do REQUIRE anyone ages 5 and older to wear mask in our facility.

Hydration can significantly improve the clarity of an ultrasound. Expectant mothers that are full-figured should consider scheduling their 4D ultrasound between 28 and 32 weeks of pregnancy, as the ultrasound tends to be clearer and the results more desirable and comparable to the images in our picture gallery.

At this time, insurance does not cover the cost of elective ultrasounds. 

Due to being an elective procedure and not under physician's care, you will need to pay the cost of this ultrasound as an out-of-pocket expense.

Yes, our gender determinations ultrasounds are 100%. 

In most cases, we can provide an indication of the sex of the baby as early as 13 weeks. We however can't guarantee that the baby will cooperate during your session. 

Certain factors such as mother's hydration, body tissue content, developmental stage and fetal position all affect the ability to determine sex.

If that is the case, we will have you to return at NO additional charge.

Depending on the package you choose, the 3D/4D Ultrasound session will last between 30-40 minutes. 

Extensive studies over 30 years have found that ultrasound has not been shown to cause any harm to mother or baby. Routine scanning of all pregnancies is now normal throughout the United States. In 3D/4D scanning, we use exactly the same type and intensity of ultrasound that is used with conventional 2D scanning. 3D and 4D Ultrasound both utilize sound waves to look inside the body. The technology is similar to radar. A probe placed on the body emits sound waves into the body, listens for the return echo and generates an image. 4D Ultrasound will be similar to a conventional scan in terms of exposure. 

Usually, but not always. Sometimes, if the baby is persistently looking face down, (i.e. towards your spine) it may be difficult to see the baby’s face. We make no promises that the images will be similar to those you might have seen elsewhere or even from our facility, or that we can always meet everyone’s expectations. Every baby scans differently, depending on its gestational age, position, amount of fluid, and body tissue content. We promise to make every effort to obtain the best possible images of whatever parts of the baby that can be seen.

Note: Twins/multiples there is an additional fee of $25 as this requires more scan time to get photos of all the babies. 

There is a $50 nonrefundable deposit for Sneak Peek Clinical. This deposit will be kept, in the event you do not show/cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Another $50 deposit required to rebook clinical appointment and may be required to pay for the package in full at time of booking. 

In the event, you do not show or give less than 24-hour notice for cancellation/rescheduling any of your appointments, you will not receive a refund and will be charged our $50 cancellation fee.  

In the event of a loss/miscarriage, we will refund the difference of the service that was unable to be completed, if clinical has not been completed with the proof of loss/miscarriage.

 All products provided will be solely for your enjoyment and entertainment.

In the event, the client does not show or cancel/reschedules their appointment less than 24 hours prior to appointment time, there will be a $50 cancellation fee charged to the card on file that is taken during time of booking.
