We require a $50 deposit at time of booking and the remaining balance is due at first appointment. 


The results are sent by email in 1-2 days. 


Due to COVID/Weather,

Mail Delays may occur. 


Jacksonville 4D Fetal Photo is not responsible for any mail delays. Fasttrack customers will receive their results the day the sample arrives to lab. Standard customers receive their results the following day after the sample arrives. 

Mail Delivery Waiver is listed on activation of kit. No Refunds on Fasttrack add on.

NO show/ Cancellation and Refund Policy

There is a $50 deposit at time of booking for all Sneak Peek Clinical packages. No Cash Payments due to being with 3rd party. 


In the event, you do not show/give less than 24-hour notice for cancellation/rescheduling for any of your appointments, you will not receive a refund, deposit will be kept and/or will be charged our $50 cancellation fee per appointment.


Online Appointment Request are not guaranteed. Saturday Booking Options are NOT available. We will contact you directly by call, text, and email after we receive approve your request to go over preparation and additional information including our current specials.
